The cabin is fully equipped and has its own dock area that is shared with three good neighboring cabins. Opportunity for fishing, marine life, swimming, hiking, cultural life, etc. 10 minutes walk to grocery store. Please bring your own linen and towels. From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area, it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with a good selection of goods and a restaurant.

In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guest house is small and cozy. Suitable for you traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is available for private use. Pets are allowed.

We have a small neat cabin for rent for 1 couple. "Sommerhytta" does not have its own bathroom, but guests use showers and toilets at Soria Moria camping which is in the same area. Rural location about 3 km from Verdal city center where you will find the railway station, shops and cafes. Stiklestad National Cultural Center is 7 km away. Nature reserve with river, fjord and forest trails right out from the cabin, where you can walk or cycle around. Welcome to a small peaceful gem, where the pace can be lowered and life can just be enjoyed.

Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

The atmosphere can only be good.
