Spacious flat, can easily accommodate family of 4. Nearest metro station is 5-7min walk. I had a comfortable stay and did not face any major issue. Onsite caretaker Rohit is very helpful and always available if you need anything. I would recommend this place.

We recently stayed for a week at Shivam's home in Greater Noida. Loved the place so much. The apartment was so beautiful and aesthetically built. Special mention for cleanliness, the place was spotless clean, no dust, clean and crisp bed sheets and quilts, cleanest washrooms. The place was exactly same as photos. The balcony was so nice and view was beautiful, I spent most of the time in balcony. All required amenities were available in the house. Actually this place is a home away from home. One can not feel that anything is missing in this place, you name it and that thing will be available in the apartment. Shivam was very responsive and friendly. Special mention for the househelp Geeta didi who comes everyday for cleaning and dish washing, she was so sweet and trustworthy. The listing was as described. Clean, spacious and quiet neighborhood. Location was little secluded and was hard to reach based on google map direction as it was taking through unpaved remote road. Called caretaker Jitendra for direction and able to reach the property. We reached there past midnight and caretaker Jitendra was a phone call away to check us in. Host Marpy was responsive with any pre queries before bookings that I had and accommodate our request to provide additional mattresses. Overall good experience.

This stay is as described and Amar, our host, was always ready to assist as were the caretakers of the block. It is near a busy road and the noise may bother some people, personally it was not an issue. We would stay there again.
