Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Utby

Spectacular place where you could find a lot to do even on a rainy day in Gothenburg. This Airbnb apartment was exactly like in the photos. We really enjoyed the stay!

Excelent location, between big park and city center, next to Haga which is very nice. Appartment is spacious, very quiet and in good neighbourhood. Host was very responsive and was always there to answer all our questions. We were with one year old baby, there were a lot of toys to play with. Kitchen was well supplied and there is a washer and dryer in building to use. There is small park for kids to play outside. On the other side, beds are not that comfortable, since they are air beds, but we already expected that. We were a bit bothered with strange smell that was coming out of closets, it seems, but we got used to it. In overall, I recommend staying at this place, it was a really good stay.

fantastiskt fin lägenhet med bra planlösning! Luftigt och fräscht och innergården var jättemysig. Karin var lätt att kommunicera med och vi fick fort svar om vi undrade över något. Lägenheten låg nära kollektivtrafik och det var gångavstånd till både mataffär och barer. Perfekt ställe att bo för både par och barnfamiljer. Kommer garanterat tillbaka 👌

I am probably a little biased, as I had been in the area many times throughout my life, and I've always loved this old town part of Kungälv. The buildings are made up of lots of historic landmarks. There is a beautiful old church nearby with stunning interior craftsmanship and design. The river walk, with lots of pretty water fowl and gardens is bare a minute from the location. And a couple minutes walk beyond all of these is an ancient fortress, first built in 1308, looking out over the river that runs all the way up to Stockholm from the west coast. The property has all the amenities one could need, and while its close to everything, its very private and peaceful. The owners are super proactive and respond quickly to any questions. I could go on, but I think its enough to say this is as advertised, and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend 👌

Vi hade det väldigt bra i Emelies fina lägenhet. Perfekt ställe att koppla av på, samtidigt som det är nära att ta sig in till stadskärnan. Hade gärna stannat längre.

Toppenboende! Så härlig lägenhet i det superfina Karlatornet. Rent, fräscht och allt vi behövde fanns. (Även en mysig välkomstgåva mötte oss i kylen). En liten ståbalkong med eftermiddags/kvällssol och utsikt mot berget. Skön och avslappnad toppenvärd som svarade snabbt, och även tipsade om bästa parkeringsplatsen. Att det pågar vägarbeten/ombyggnation utanför var inget som störde oss, och bara ett par minuters promenad till bästa "Street food market', missa inte den om ni stannar över helg.

Sharon was extremely nice, she made us a breakfast which was lovely! The place was very clean and the atmosphere felt like home. The location was 10/10, close to the central but not too close so the area is fairly quiet. The bed was a sofa bed so if you have a bad back I would not recommend this but if not then you have nothing to worry about ☺️ Also, there is a bidet! 🤩

Very clean and spacious apartment. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Once we figured out the public transit system, it was easy to get places on buses and trams as well as the ferries to the islands. We really enjoyed the nearby park and its amazing zoo. Our 4-year-old daughter loved the toys in the apartment and the playgrounds in the park. It was great to stay in a place belonging to a family with a child of a similar age. Thanks again for a great stay!

Vi hade en toppenbra vistelse och kände oss välkomna från start till slut, Bronius och Erik är fantastiska värdar, fem stjärnor plus att de härliga och gosiga katterna var en riktig bonus. Vi blev bortskämda med riktiga lyx-frukostar varje morgon, hembakt bröd, våfflor och magiskt gott kaffe. Det var enkelt att ta sig till och från de centralare delarna av staden, spårvagnarna stannar praktiskt taget utanför porten. Jag hoppas verkligen att vi får möjlighet att hyra rummet nästa gång vi besöker Göteborg.

Jonas’ place was a bit of respite for us during Easter weekend. We just spent a whirlwind week in Copenhagen and had a busy week ahead in Oslo. We felt relaxed and comfortable in his stylish yet practical home. We enjoyed our coffee at the big kitchen table while our kids ate breakfast and in the evening, grabbed a beer and sat amongst the warm glow of the apartment’s well situated low level lighting. The closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and the tram into Gothenburg is maybe a 7 minute walk. There is a green space in the courtyard containing a sand pit, swing set and a couple cats, chillin’ in the sunshine. Good times!

Super freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist Perfekt und man erreicht alles schnell mit Zug, Bus, oder dem Auto. Parkmöglichkeit ist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles super. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Wilma

We fell in love with Lisa's place. Not only the villa was spotless clean, spacious, nicely furnished and with beautiful garden in a quite street, but also the surroundings were amazing. Shops and amenities in a walking distance, short ride to the city centre with public transport and also very close to beautiful nature. Lisa as a host was great! Despite we never managed to meet in person, all instructions were always clear, she was very responsive, extremely kind and helpful providing us with a lot of useful tips and recommendations. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Lisa's place and would give it 6 stars out of 5, if I could :) Happy to come back again whenever we are visiting Gothenburg!

Karin's place is wonderful - a family home that's stylish, spacious and in a beautiful location. it's not in the centre of town, but the buses are so frequent that it didn't matter to us (8 people between 10 and 80 years old). the neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and 15 minutes from the centre of town. The kitchen is just right, all the things you need, and because it's a family home it all feels more comfortable and unfussy, which is nice. Karin and Henning were super helpful throughout and were quick to respond. We had a brilliant time and I'd highly recommend this property to families coming to stay in Goteborg. Thank you Karin, Henning, Douglas Henry and Hector for letting us stay in your home!

We have had a lovely time at Marie’s place! The house is exactly as described but in reality it feels and looks even better! We felt at home the minute we stepped inside. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, a perfect place for kids, and overall it is a well decorated and well organised place. Long walks in beautiful nature start right at the doorway. 15 min drive to Liseberg or city centre, half an hour to the ferry to explore the Gothenburg archipelago. 5 min drive to a big supermarket & shopping centre. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to come back again!

Superdejligt hus med flot udsigt over området. Vi følte os hjemme med det samme, og Maria og hendes familie havde sat friske blomster rundt omkring i huset og en fin velkomsthilsen. Alt fungerede som det skulle, og vi havde et skønt ophold i Gøteborg, hvor Maria også sendte en masse gode anbefalinger til oplevelser med især børn. Tak for denne gang.

Vi var i Göteborg över helge. och bodde två nätter hos Soledad. Vi var helt charmade av det mysiga och fina huset med inbjudande trädgård och nära till spårvagnen.

Huset ligger väldigt fint och fridfullt med mycket grönska runt omkring, en fin trädgård och en mysig terrass. Själva huset är också väldigt fint och lyxigt att sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Också lyxigt att ha ett eget litet gym på tomten. Fina omgivningar med nära till sjöar och promenadstigar. Snabbt att ta sig in till Göteborg med bil. Alltså perfekt om man vill ha nära till stan men samtidigt njuta av lugnet och naturen.

Huset ligger bra till att ta sig både in till stan/liseberg men även till strand och bad. Uterummet användes flitigt både till frukost och middagar, uppskattat av stora och små! Enkel in- och utcheckning och snabba svar från Karin när vi hade frågor!

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We certainly recommend this house. We felt at home and there is lot’s to see and do in the neighbourhood. The private island and he’s amazing sunsets is an amazing place to be. Gothenburg is an amazing, lovely and vibrant city and of course Liseberg parc is a must do. The beautiful islands that you can easily visit, different beaches to go in the neighbourhood… so much to do …. Just magnificent and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.
