The neighborhood is very safe, you’ll feel comfortable on your evening stroll to see the cherry blossoms at the State Capitol Building, or the Christmas lights at the LDS temple (all within 1 mile). The porch offers views of the Oquirrh mountains, a perfect view for sunsets. The house was tastefully updated in 2025, with care taken to retain its vintage charm.
