A comfortable, centrally located, and cosy apartment. The space has been well utilized to make it feel spacious and at home. Lots of restaurants, mini markets, bakeries and coffee shops in the area. The proximity to public transport made it very convenient. Hakan went out of his way to take care of us. Thank you and see you soon.

Hello, it was a pleasant and peaceful place, would recommend to anyone. There was not a grill on the balcony for grilling. There was no umbrella on the balcony and the chairs were wet so we couldn't use the balcony. Everything else was great.

A special place, a nice and interactive host, the house is a guest, a tidy, and a special location of the house with a very nice view in the hall that makes you sit in the house and not get out of it Also services and restaurants are very close by the house Masjid and groceries Only one challenge in the house for those with an older age is to climb stairs to the second floor

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

First of all, I would like to thank the owners of the house for their warm welcome. The house is very wonderful, but it is only suitable for one or two people because it is small. However, it is a very quiet and beautiful place. It was in a neighborhood that had everything you needed, whether a supermarket, restaurants, or cafes, and it was close to Ortakoy Beach. I will definitely return to it again.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨
