Ms. Arzu was very friendly and caring. I was worried about my only stay, it was a safe and clean stay.

Very nice stay. The flat is located near the Bosphore with an outstanding view., in a peace environment and very close to public transports and points of interests. The communication with our host was very easy and nice.

It was an enjoyable stay. Place was clean, has enough room for up to 6 people, great location it's by the sea side and very close to ferry and marmaray, great views of the bosphorus. Kitchen had all the tools to prepare a decent meal. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom which is nice to have with crowded groups. Host was responsive and friendly, he was helpful even though our check in was a little late. My only criticism is that sofa beds in the living room was worn out and had stains they can change those, other than that it was excellent and we would like to stay here again.

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommended! This place is a true gem located in the beautiful neighborhood of Kuzguncuk in Istanbul.

The property look and feel, and host are overall very good. The host is very responsive The apartment has brilliant views The apartment is spacious enough and has all the needed amenities The apartment is located in a district that is nearby to most of Istanbul’s touristic attractions, and there’s also a ferry boat station that is located just under the apartment that you can take to go visit the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Not highly recommended for families with kids depending on their age, due to the surrounding area.

Ismail was a great host . He was very proactive and guided us well to loacal attractions. The street is very lively and the good in his restaurant is great

5-10 minutes walk from Sofia mosque w attraction, the surrounding Grand Bazaar, pier are all within walking distance.The owner runs a restaurant service himself is nice, the stairs are a little narrow, everything else is satisfactory

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely house in a great location. Quiet streets, but close to loads of bars and restaurants. House was as described and very clean.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..
