Located in El Caracol, a magical landscape in a protected nature reserve between the sea coast and Laguna Garzón, surrounded by trees, grass and the sound of birds, make it an ideal place to connect and disconnect at the same time. It's a single, entire house In "Shangrilá", the first resort we find to the east -after leaving Montevideo- is "El Quincho". On the waterfront, minutes from the airport and Montevideo in a residential area, quiet but connected to everything. With a garden, stove, heated pool (October to April), wood stove, grill, laundry room, master bedroom with dressing room, terrace, en-suite bathroom and ocean view, fully equipped, to enjoy as a family all year round.

Come and enjoy a spacious and comfortable house with spectacular ocean views. Just 50 meters from the beach, with a separate entrance for quick and private access. It has two bedrooms: one double and one with two twin beds, with the option of accommodating up to 5 people using the sofa as a bed. The outdoor spaces are spacious and perfect for relaxing, with a barbecue and outdoor areas ideal for gatherings. A perfect place to rest and enjoy the sea.

El Ranchito / First Line North Beach

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers. LED lights, 220v converter for cell phones and small speakers, a heater in the shower, and a minibar. The house does not include bed linens, we recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent, let us know in advance!
