All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

The house offers a lot of comfort and privacy, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy excellent views and spectacular sunsets, being located in a unique point, without houses in front and with few neighboring houses (appearance that distinguishes it). With excellent sunshine thanks to its north-facing orientation, it features a heated pool, available from October to May 7 (28 to 30°C/76 to 86°F), and a Nordic hot tub, which can be enjoyed year-round, as it has a wood-fired boiler to heat the water.

Just 1 km from the house is the Jose Ignacio stream, (we leave photos in the gallery) where you can enjoy a natural pool or a different walk surrounded by pure nature. Just 15 minutes from José Ignacio spa and a few kilometers from Garzón village.
