Alicia is lovely, very predisposed and friendly. The house has all the comforts to spend a quiet vacation and is very well located: in a safe area and close to the main tourist points. Ideal for family vacations. 100% recommended!

i'm going to comment first the negative q are 2 details; there was dirt under the beds xo nothing serious and the third bedroom is outside the house and glued to the grillero and it has no air. I guess it was a deposit before. It has no intimacy since if you are using the grillero you can hear everything from the room. The positive is that the house is very nice even better than in the photos. Very comfortable with the pool and the outdoor space. I felt like entering my grandmother's house since I had everything prepared to receive us, even games. It's 2 blocks from a beautiful beach and you see that the neighborhood is super quiet and familiar. We love the stay!

Juan's house has everything you need to spend a few nice days with your family. The area is very quiet and a few meters from the beach. Juan was an excellent host, very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Jose Luis was a fantastic host. Super responsive! And on top of everything! The house was perfect for a 5 day family trip to Punta del Este. 9 people slept comfortably. The 4 Bathrooms also were more than enough for everyone to feel comfortable. Location is perfect, as the place is very quiet but 4 blocks from the beach and close to supermarkets, the new shopping mall, farmacies, bakeries, etc. The backyard with the pools, and the barbecue are the home's heart. A+

The house is beautiful, much nicer and cleaner even more so than the photos! The backdrop, grill, and pool are super enjoyable all day. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Daniela was always attentive to anything we needed.

The house is special to enjoy as a family. Spacious, comfortable, well located. It has everything you need and more. The patio is very nice and large. Hot tub, pool, and soccer court. Oven and grill with wood already cut off!! All pieces have a swite bath. Juan is a great host with his guests. Quick answers and good vibes!

This is a wonderful place to have a relaxing holiday in Punta del Este. It is very close to La Barra but away from all trafic and noise. Magnificent garden, total calm. The house is impeccable and so nicely decorated and soothing. Everything works perfectly. Beds are great. Bathrooms are spacious. Hosts are so kind and welcoming. We shall come back! The house has an amazing location, one block away from the lighthouse in the heart of the peninsula. You are very close to the sea and all the comforts and services. It is super comfortable, spacious, very warm and has everything you need for a perfect stay. From above there is a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Although autumn, we take advantage of the garden, a barbecue and the use of this area. Super friendly and friendly hosts, we maintained very good communication being available at all times. Highly recommended!

The environment where the house is is is great, very nice, quiet and at the same time very close to the beach and the shopping area of La Barra with many restaurants and shops. The house is excellent, very well equipped and with a lot of design. Karina is a great host, always attentive and available for what guests need.

Very nice house in the best area of Montoya, quiet but close to everything... two blocks from the beach, very spacious bedrooms, very good bathrooms and a large social area. Well-equipped, very comfortable garden, grill... in general the house is bigger and nicer than what you see in the photos! The host was super attentive and resolved all issues. Definitely a great option to stay! Nice to meet Candela!!!

If you want to enjoy the natural beauty of Cabo Polonio, this house is for you. With excellent view over to the sea and the islands, we spent many hours watching the birds, dolphins, Seals and seal lions through the binoculars. The house is as described, very beautiful and comfortable. It is set up high by the lighthouse, private but still only a short walk to the rocks, beach and cafes/ shops.

Everything was excellent. Pablo was always in communication with us, he explained everything to us in detail. The house is close to everything, has an incredible view of the beach and is super comfortable for both summer and winter.

We had a great time at Javier's. You can walk to San Francisco beach. It has a grill and oven in the back, nothing is missing. Thanks Javier!

Our stay at Marco's house was excellent! The house is beautiful and very spacious. The host was always available for any questions or queries we had, and make sure we were at ease.

Thank you very much for everyone! It was an incredible end in the house: it is very close to the beach and has absolutely all we need: a grill, a kitchen, comfortable beds, chairs for the beach, …. We'll be back soon! :)

The accommodation has very good amenities, it has everything, very complete, in addition it has a barbecue and the attention and response is excellent. It is in an unbeatable location just 30 meters from La Balconada beach. For those who go on vacation and want to stay connected to the Internet, the host provides a USB modem that the tenant should charge with the Gigas they need in Antel. It is highly recommended!!!
