Evelyn always looks after you, from before you arrive, to the end of your stay. She is super friendly and very attentive. The truth is that anyone looking for a good place to stay, with it is the option. Don't hesitate for a minute. A very nice location, easy to find and with a nice atmosphere. You have beaches and other types of amenities to eat or even buy very close by. Being a location on the ground floor, you'd expect a little noise, however this was not the case. In addition, Alexia was super friendly at all times

Good accommodation if you're looking for easy access to the rest of the city, public transportation and taxis are very frequent. Good space to rest and for basic needs. It can get a little uncomfortable with the noise from the road, but other than that everything is very pleasant.

the place 100% perfect 👌 but in question of the amenities of the lake and the pool, very dirty with lama and you do not enjoy the lake as you can't enter without life vest even though you are the best swimmer in the world. there is no place to sit and you can't put your chairs in, and this is the entrance 5 minutes by car from the stay

We were very helpful staying here as it was because of an emergency that we couldn't continue our way to CDMX. We were able to rest very comfortably and close to there we find the spare parts we need to resume the journey. Everything was on the phone, I didn't meet Daniel in person but he prepared every detail for our arrival, the attention he gave us was very good and he took a weight off of us.
