Apartment vacation rentals in Uri

We had stayed here for 4 nights over Easter. We really appreciated the quiet location with the unobstructed view over the fields to the mountains. You are quickly at Muotha, where a long hiking trail leads along. Lake Lucerne or other places for activities can be reached quickly by car or by bike. A bus also runs 2x hourly. The apartment was as described. Very clean, very cozy and it really has everything you need or could need. Having your own garage is also not self-evident. So our bikes were also well set. Thomas and Jane are very friendly, helpful and warm landlords. We highly recommend renting the apartment. And also the pastry shop of the village...

Modern beautiful place, quiet, well-equipped, nice area and helpful landlords. Lake as well as supermarket and bakery within minutes walking distance. We and our dog felt comfortable. We'd love to come back!

We drove to Switzerland for hiking and that was where Patrick's apartment was very convenient for us. The surroundings are very quiet and extremely beautiful! Supermarkets etc. are also easily accessible. Even the city of Lucerne is only a few minutes away from Ennetbürgen. Everything was right & the apartment was exactly as it is described here on the website. Great!

A very beautiful place to stay, equipped and stunning views as well. Corina, and her family were really good hosts, always there in case we needed something ! They offered to pick us up from the train station; they even offered several times to give us a lift if needed. The apartment was exactly as the pictures, pretty clean, towels available, shampoo, soap as well. The kitchen was well equipped too. 100% recommend

We had a very good time! The apartment is small but has everything you need. Clean, warm, quiet and comfortable beds. The garden is very nice and spacious. Moreno was very kind, recommended!

The space is incredible new , everything worked perfectly . The flat is even better in person. They have all you need , specifically if you are travelling with kids . Margrit is so kindness , we felt at home . I really recommend this place

Sandro was very nice and made check in early easy! The room overlooking the water was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. There’s a grocery store walking distance away and we cooked and had dinner on the balcony. Lovely place! Definitely recommend!

Yvonne was fantastic and the location was great. 2 min walk to the grocery store and 5 min walk to train station. If skiing, this a great place to stay. The home is charming and full of character. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place. We enjoyed our time at this property. The view from the windows and the balcony is INCREDIBLE. Comfortable beds and rooms. It exceeded our expectations! However, we would have preferred a more comfortable living room, since the seating area around the dinning table is wooden and it’s not very comfortable. Manuel was kind and responded fast to our messages.

Great stay right in the middle of Sedrun. Public transport is close by and there are several amenities in walking distance. Curdin and his staff were extremely friendly and very helpful during our stay!

We had a magical week at Thomas’s place. The place was perfect in every way with the most beautiful views of the valley, wonderfully cozy and well appointed space. The sauna was definitely a perk! Thomas was an amazing host, went above and beyond, giving us the friendliest welcome and great recommendations. One of the best hosts we’ve encountered during our years with Airbnb! And Engelberg is a wonderful place, especially for families. The whole town is very child friendly in terms of the restaurants, playgrounds, and accessibility. We spent the whole time at Brunni which was perfect for our toddler in terms of bunny slopes and playgrounds (and a few blue and red runs for us). We took the bus a block from the apartment to the train station, then a quick transfer to a second bus, on the slopes in less than 15 minutes! Brunni has lockers so we stored all our equipment overnight. Hope we can make it back to Engelberg next season and stay at Thomas’s place!

we absolutely loved everything about our stay. the hosts are just as lovely. this spot is worth every penny. views are insane! i hope one day we’re lucky enough to come back and stay here!

Our stay at Nora's was excellent. The apartment keeps what it promises in the pictures. Nora is extremely friendly and provided us in advance with all the necessary information about the apartment and its use. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love, so you immediately felt comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfortable and pleasant. It is ideally placed to explore the local area. Free access to the sauna for the entire stay is a highlight! (Remember to bring your towels!) Only one small problem: the mattresses are too soft for our taste. Everything else was perfect! A gem!

Very convenient location next to the tram

We would give Thomas 10 stars if we could. Absolutely the best AirBnB experience. Such a kind and accommodating host that made us feel very welcome in Switzerland. The chalet was unique, sparkling clean, and the views simply cannot be beat. Would absolutely stay again!
