Our stay in the place was something I would describe as very pleasant. Ate Elvie (the owner's sister) was so helpful and was very attentive to our needs. The amount we paid for was so worth it. I will definitely recommend the place to people who will look for a place to stay in Pozorrubio and nearby towns.

Comfortable stay

House is nice and cozy in safe area. My biggest plus are the two aircons there. That place have become my home away from home and me and my FAMILY really spent some great time there. Our group had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (jacuzzi is a plus! 🫶) The host and the caretaker were incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful, even providing helpful local tips and making sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and close to great restaurants and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very accommodating; great service and great value

Me and my cousins stayed at this place during NYE. The vibe of the place was really nice with the beach up front. The host, Juan Paulo, was really accommodating as there were changes with our booking (from 5 pax to 10 pax) and he was kind enough to provide us a separate additional villa to accommodate our increased count and to add to that both rooms were spacious and clean. The caretakers were really nice as well. Would love to return here sometime again.

Additionally, the property offered ample space for a basketball competition, which was a hit among both kids and adults! The prestige clean pool was a highlight, with round-the-clock cleaning ensuring it was always sparkling and inviting. Ate betty was extremely welcoming and nice 100/10! We arrived a bit late in the evening but thank God ate betty was still there to receive us 😍 + Place is close to the beach that's not so crowded. + Chill relaxing small unit with airconditioning that gets cold quick. + The mini pool was a great addition + Can cook in the common kitchen + Nearby sari sari stores + Quiet neighborhood - Place seems pretty run-down and could use maintaining - CR lights needs replacement - Screen door has no cover for privacy. But we've managed to cover it. So that's all good. - Wifi inside the unit is weak like 1-2 bars🥺 For me it's a nice and relaxing stay. I'll still personally rate our stay as 10/10. Though I do think the current price of 2500 is a bit high vs the value (just my opinion)

the place is ideal. not therw for the beach but to have a place to rest after long hours of drive and this is that place. Peaceful and quiet place. No to mention that Ate Betty is there to always assist. Will come back to this place again.

great place, peaceful, amazing friendly host, will definitely be back, the room is really big and nice fresh air, the neighborhood is perfect to relax and rest in peace. i enjoy going to the beach everyday at sunset time, it is super peaceful!!!
