We absolutely ADORED this house. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very well-decorated, pristine, & roomy. The house is exactly as listed. Also, it was decorated for Christmas - impeccable decorations, might I add - which helped us tremendously when we had a small family get together!

An outdoor space features a wooden deck with a charcoal grill and a fire pit surrounded by built-in benches. Soft lighting from string lights above creates a cozy atmosphere. The deck is complemented by a patterned outdoor rug and a fenced backyard providing privacy.

Sara was an amazing host! Her place was perfect for my last-minute stay. I am very picky so, I was happy to find that the house was spotlessly clean, with super comfy beds that made us feel right at home. On top of that, I asked for a restaurant recommendation, and she suggested Seven Saints - it was so good! Her hospitality and local tips made my stay even better. I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming experience. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Sara!

Everything about the listing was accurate and well represented. Place was clean and matched the listing photos. Don't let the fact it's over a business or two deter you. Everything is quiet and feels safe (the town is safe in general). It's about 3 minutes to the interstate for fast access to Champaign-Urbana. There are several restaurants within 60 seconds to 8 minute walks away. Only issue you may have is the entrance to the second floor requires about 20 skinny stairs. So if someone in your group has some issues with stairs it's something to consider.

Chuck and Jenna’s home is so dreamy! We loved everything about it. It is a gorgeous, spacious older home, beautifully designed , with a stunning modern kitchen. Super clean and comfy. Nice neighborhood. This was our second time staying here. Even though it was raining most of the time for moms weekend , it was so nice to know we were coming back to this incredible home. Chuck and Jenna are amazing , responsive hosts. They thought of everything to make our stay memorable and comfortable.

The Oasis was super cute and well stocked. Our group appreciated the attention to detail. The coffee bar was well stocked and there were chargers in every room. The space is open and inviting. We were able to park in the garage, which was a bonus because it was pouring down rain during our stay. We will definitely recommend this place!

Kent and Mary Lou were great hosts. They were responsive and tried to make sure that we had a nice stay. This is a lovely home, and it feels like you’re at home or at a friend’s house. Everyone loved it and had a great time hanging out. It’s also in a great location to get to the U of I campus nearby. Thank you!!

Lauren’s home was the perfect place to unwind after the fun-filled days of Dad’s Weekend at U of I. We instantly felt at home when we entered Lauren’s house. Her helpful notes around the house eliminated any questions we would have had during our stay. And the neighborhood was absolutely perfect. Just far away from the campus madness that you could decompress, yet close enough that you could be back on campus in 5 min. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The Airbnb worked out perfectly - simple but exactly what I needed. It’s very close to campus, which made getting around easy. Communication with the host was great, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of travel coffee cups. It worked out perfectly for my stay! I would highly recommend!

Great place and perfect for what we needed for our stay in Champaign for Dad’s Day weekend! Seth and Justine were great to communicate with and always prompt to respond. Their home is so vintage and cool! Very close to campus, easy to park and easy to Uber to and from. We will definitely stay again!

an amazing vacationing space! we brought our dog and it was a great space to walk around the neighborhood! close to parks in close to grocery stores. this is our second time at one of Erica's locations and we will most definitely be back!

A comfortable living area is furnished with a dark sofa and an accent chair. A coffee table made of natural materials sits in front. Soft light is provided by a standing lamp, and a large mirror reflects the space. Window treatments allow for filtered sunlight.

House was clean and yard was well taken care of. I did not have to worry about my two dogs at all. Neighborhood is super quiet. I did hear traffic but where don't you! Kitchen is well stocked. The little bonus treats she leaves are fantastic she had cold bottles of water& snacks for us, dog water & food bowls, doggy bags and a new toy for them! Plenty of blankets if we needed extra there were plenty of extra! Would recommend 10/10 ♥️♥️

We loved our stay at Damon''s place. It was immaculate and every detail was thought of to make us feel right at home. The pond it's situated on was peaceful and loved the bird watching. The location is convenient to any part of Chambana. With close highway access it made visits to relatives in Danville easy.

The photos do not do this place justice. The owners were excellent at communicating. They provided information on local businesses to eat at or get a cup of coffee. The weather was rainy while we were there and the owners provided ponchos and umbrellas, which was really thoughtful and helpful. We were provided with clear check-in instructions and instructions on parking. The place was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had excellent sheets and pillows. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The owners left an excellent variety of drinks and snacks. When I return to the area and need a place to stay, this property will be at the top of my list! Would highly recommend.

Nice quiet clean unit. Had everything. Close enough to campus. I Ubered back and forth for Mom Weekend activities. William was very responsive.
