The hosts where the best! Super friendly and always accessible. Would definitely stay again next time in Tokyo. Location is very close to the station making it very easy to get to Tokyo station.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Great value, the place is on a quiet street on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Shibuya which I found easy to factor into my day-planning after a couple of days. This is a great spot if you're staying for a week or so, it may be a little far out of the city for a shorter stay. Mariko was lovely and very helpful, I'd love to stay again whenever I'm back in town.

We had a great stay here. It is a little away from the center with all its craziness which we quite enjoyed. It’s still just a 20-30 min metro right to all the sight, which worked out well. Get the tourist metro pass, it’s really worth it! Apart from that, the flat is great cause it offers more space, than your average hotel room in Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Great place to stay! Stylish, clean, comfortable and well located. Everything in the apartment was so well organized, with detailed usage instructions! Beds were comfortable, and we loved the rooftop patio. Location was perfect for getting around the city on the subway. Host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and everything went perfectly smoothly! Would stay again.

Great spot right by subway stations, just far enough away to not be noisy. Super clean and he let me book and check in on very short notice!

Thoroughly enjoyed this lil modern gem. Use of space is next level. Considerations for all the things one would need for a short stay in the neighborhood!

나리타 공항에서 찾아가기도 편하고 도쿄 시내돌아다니는 것도 전철로 거의 다 됨! 계단이 가파르고 좁은 편인데 엘베가 없다는 점과 수건이 여유롭지 않다는 점은 아쉬웠지만 그 외엔 불편한 점이 없었습니다. 아주 편하게 잘 쉬고 갑니다 :)

The place was as described and easy to get to!There’s also a HALAL kebab store nearby which was really a plus point!Loved everything here and will definitely be back.

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! if you want to feel like part of the neighborhood and want the calm after a long day of rushing around tokyo stay here local restaurants and bars with friendly staff made this stay amazing also konbini at the corner cant be beat

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

le logement était parfait, conforme à la description, mis à part le lit assez dur, je recommande fortement ce logement. il est vraiment facile de se rendre dans les différents quartiers de Tokyo tels que Shinjuku et Shibuya via les deux stations de métro à maximum 10 minutes à pied du logement. l’hôte a été plus que réactif et à su nous aider lorsque cela était nécessaire.

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio, con vista a la torre Sky de Tokyo, moderno y genial para una buena estadía, cercano al metro, lo cual te conecta muy bien con toda la ciudad. El anfitrión muy atento a todas necesidades. Recomiendo totalmente este airbnb.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

Für einen guten Preis eine Gegend mit alles was man benötigt um zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zentrum Akihabara in 15 min erreichbar und knapp 5 min zur nächsten Bahn um die weitere Orte zu besuchen oder zu erkunden. Mehrere Konbinis sich gleich um die Ecke.

Nice place to stay in a cozy Tokyo neighborhood! Very close to the train station which was nice.
