The room for up to 4 people is a compact size of 22 m² 2 double beds (Japanese size) are provided. It might feel cramped with 4 adults. The interior is a small room with a Japanese-style taste, designed to resemble an old private house. We only rent the first floor of a 2-story terrace house. The entrance is shared. (2nd floor is not available) For accommodation (private lodging and non-face-to-face check-in), the following customer information must be reported under Japanese law. ○ Names of all guests ○ Current address of all guests ○ Occupations of all guests ○ Planned check-in time ○ If you do not have an address in Japan and are not a Japanese national, a photo of your passport Please send me the above information in a message after the booking is confirmed. The accommodation is self check-in. However, as we are required by law to verify your identity at check-in, please take a photo of all guests in the room after check-in and send it to us in a message. [BLUE HOUSE] This is a new detached house that was rebuilt in December 2019, a completely separate (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and entrance) two-unit residential type house for rent. 15 minutes by bus from Tokyo Disney Resort. It is also conveniently located for easy access to Tokyo Station and tourist destinations in the city. There is a coin parking lot with a nighttime one-coin option right nearby. There is also a convenience store, a large supermarket, yakiniku, all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, Saizeriya, and McDonald's within a 5-minute walk. We have also provided new furniture and appliances for the renovation. Small children are welcome. Please relax and enjoy your stay with friends and family.
