Mrs. Paola is an excellent person, always kind, she responded to messages immediately and was very attentive to the concerns that arose before and during the first 2 days of our stay, the apartment was very impeccable with everything you need and the concierge staff was very friendly at all times.

I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was beautiful. The neighborhood has EVERYTHING a guest needs to live peacefully. The bus to the center passes in front of the residence but, likewise, there are always taxis available and it is economical to get anywhere. The residence is full of children so it feels very safe and family-friendly. I found the situation with the guards who stop you to ask which apartment you are from slightly uncomfortable, but that doesn't speak ill of the place either since there is security. Always excellent communication at all times.

The apartment is very nice, just what you need for your trip, the service from Mr. Jorge and his wife was wonderful! All 10 of 10 Highly recommended and close to everything!
