Vacation rentals with breakfast in Uptown, Dallas

This is a 1 bedroom apartment in a 4 plex building, top floor. The location was excellent, easily walkable to the art district area. The host was incredibly responsive and very accomodating. The room was big, the bed was big and nice, the internet worked well, and it was easy to get in and out. The art around the apartment was nice. On the downside, they need to do better maintenance on the building and making sure everything is ready for a guest to show up. Fortunately, the were very responsive and fast but the list of problems with the place shouldn't really be there to begin with and some of them never got fixed while we were there... and some I didn't even mention because it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, both of us got approached by homeless people near the building. They were harmless but the area isn't the best. Overall, it was worth the price and I'd stay there again.

Laurie’s place was peaceful and beautiful. The accommodations were exactly as listed and you can walk to White Rock Lake which is nearby. Very beautiful surroundings! Book this place if you want a relaxing trip in Dallas.

We had a great 7-night stay at Lois and Bill’s home while in town for a conference. The location was ideal—less than a 10-minute drive to the Gaylord Convention Center and close to downtown Grapevine. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with a generous coffee/tea setup, thoughtful snacks and even some milk and orange juice waiting for us on arrival. The spacious, private backyard was a relaxing bonus, and we really appreciated the use of the garage and laundry. Hot water was never an issue, even with four adults getting ready in the mornings. Lois and Bill were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts—they even helped return a blouse we left behind after checkout. We’d absolutely recommend their place and would stay here again without hesitation!

David/Grady were super accommodating and patient with me having bungled my reservation and helped to get me rebooked asap, . Additionally, I've spent a lot of my life in Dallas and can attest to what a gem this cozy house is, nestled in one of the premier neighborhoods of the city. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

The house resembled something straight out of a fairytale, boasting an impressive high ceiling that gave the space an airy feel. The tall, ornate doors added an element of grandeur, inviting us to explore the enchanting interiors. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, ideal for family meals and gatherings, where we could all come together to enjoy our time. One of the highlights of our stay was the luxurious heated pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. During our short visit, my family and I made wonderful memories, largely thanks to William, who was a true delight to converse with. His captivating stories about the history of the house and its surroundings brought the place to life in a way that made our stay even more special. The setting itself was remarkably peaceful and offered a sense of privacy that was hard to come by. Surrounded by natural beauty, it felt like our own little haven away from the busyness of everyday life.

We came to Grapevine for a conference at the Embassy Suites hotel. This was a perfect location with easy access to everything! The apartment is so cute, inviting and comfortable. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, living area was cozy and kitchen was stocked. When we cone back to the Dallas area, we will stay here again!!! Wonderful place!!!

My friend and I stayed here during a girl's trip to Dallas. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Though I acknowledge that loft-sleeping is not for everyone, it worked perfectly for the two of us to create the semblance of 'privacy' while sleeping in the same room. The bathroom is spacious and the room is designed with comfort in mind. Jeff and his wife are very hospitable and considerate, adding special touches to the stay such as providing fresh creamer for tea or coffee, as well as chocolates and popcorn. The location is a 30-minute drive from many cool , artsy neighborhoods and museums in the downtown district. Jeff's place serves as a perfect base for an extended weekend trip in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Perfect place to stay for a conference at the convention center. Easy walk to the convention center and most downtown Dallas attractions. Lots of great restaurant options easily sensible — including the AT&T Exchange food court. Having a provided parking spot, which was also easy to navigate, was super helpful as we had a car to be able to visit Austin, Waco, Fort Worth and other nearby areas of interest. We enjoyed our time, would stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.
