Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Our beautiful self contained annexe is situated at the foot of the Mendip Hills in Upper Langford, North Somerset. We are situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Newly refurbished this accommodation boasts a large living /sleeping area, brand new ensuite shower room and kitchen. It has its own entrance at the rear of the property. Spacious and modern interior. Beautiful views and easy access to Mendip walks and within easy reach of many cities and tourist attractions.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.
