Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Upper East Side, Manhattan

Perfect location for our trip, beautiful interior, very comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. Would come back on the next trip.

A spacious appartment that suited our needs well. It was clean and had all the facilities one could need. The access instructions arrived in good time and were clear and straightforward. A short walk to Broad Street station enabled the use of public transport easily. The walk was easy and felt safe even at night. I will certainly check for availability next time I am in Newark.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a nice building… The view from the rooftop was amazing… The bed was super comfortable and everything was as described… Lauren is a great host…

Great location and stay

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive hosts. The building is very nice. Excellent facilities including well-equipped gym and very clean throughout. Professional and friendly staff. The only shortcoming was wifi not working during our stay. This was not a big problem for us but might be if not resolved for the next guest. We notified Greystar on our 2nd day and they were responsive but unable to resolve the issue for whatever reason. I am sure they will resolve, but something to be aware of. Still, I would recommend.

Everything was amazing and the host was very accommodating, and helpful. I needed an extra night and they were very helpful. Everything looked amazing and it’s very comfortable and clean would definitely stay again. This was a wonderful experience with this host definitely recommend 10/ 10

Helen's place was very nice and quite quiet compared to other reviews we've seen about other New York places, or feedback from friends to us. This is what we were looking for and were not disappointed. Isolated at the back of the hotel, we were quiet. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists and all the information was very clear. The accommodation was clean and well appointed, with quality furniture. Special mention for the very comfortable large bed and pleasant sheets. It was nice to lie down in the evening and then sleep there, after our 30,000 steps of the day! Ah ah! The accommodation is quite dark, but that didn't bother us at all because we left early and came back at the end of the day, so we were only there very little during our stay. In short, it was really great! We would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed here for a mid week family getaway and could not be happier with our stay! This home is in an amazing neighborhood in Brooklyn full of local markets, coffee shops and great places to eat. It was central to all of our transit needs to a Mets game and into the city for a show. We will absolutely come back - we had the very best time!!

Check in was very easy. A few keys but I did like the extra security. Especially in a place I’ve never visited. The air b&b was clean. Lots of local bakery’s within walking distance. Me and my wife enjoyed getting coffee and a pastry every morning before walking to the very close Newark penn station, which was a quick ride into New York. It is a busy area so you will here an occasional car or first responder at night but I would 100% visit again.

we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

My twin sister and I decided to go to New Jersey last minute, we found this place in Belleville. It is a beautiful apartment which is located in the center of everything. We didnt get a chance to visit every place, but now we know for next time. The apartment is very clean and it has all the necessary amenities. The bed is super comfortable 10/10 recommend. Amazing place!

We loved our stay in this place, the only issue was parking. If you have more than one car get parking permit.

We love our stay . The house was clean smells so good. It was really accessible to get everywhere, it’s feels like home. I really recommend to stay in her house. we had the best experience for sore we will come back.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Chris was an EXCELLENT host. He was extremely responsive and helpful. His suggestions were right on point. The home was clean and conveniently located. The designated parking spot was a major bonus. I absolutely plan to revisit when I return to NJ.
