Waterfront vacation rentals in Upham Beach Park

Excellent location and had all you need for a beautiful stay at the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Appreciated how pet friendly the place was and yet super clean. Must stay here if visiting the area!

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

This place was beautiful and amazing. As a travel agent Caroline was very responsive and a very professional host. Will definitely refer this location to anyone visiting the area. Wonderful unit!

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Very comfortable condo. Beautifully decorated, fabulous sunsets from the balcony.

The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything was as they described in the ad. The location was great. Short walk across the street to one of my favorite beaches. And being right above Caddy’s made it very convenient on those long days of events when you don’t want to search for a place to eat. Just eat downstairs and go up to the unit and relax. Communication was great whenever I had a question. Would recommend for sure.

This place was incredible. The location was absolutely perfect with pristine and unobstructed ocean views while sitting on the balcony. The beach itself was not busy, with only a handful of people at a time sitting on the beach. This was in contrast to Clearwater Beach, which was jampacked during the same time period. Parking was plentiful, there were umbrellas, beach, toys, beach chairs available for use. We traveled with small children and older parents, and access to and from the beach was extremely easy for everyone. It was especially nice for those who didn’t want to be in the sun, they could sit on their own private balcony, and have an even better view than sitting directly right on the beach. It is quite literally a 30 second walk from the water to the apartment. The unit itself had a beautiful, renovated kitchen with a very large dining table that accommodated our large party of 10 for all of our meals. I would most definitely stay here again for another beach vacation.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I booked this place for a few of my colleagues who are in the area for work, and they all noted that this place provided the quality and comfort that they were needing after long work days. Jesus was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

The cottage has been beautifully and thoughtfully updated (bathroom and kitchen) without destroying the patina and character that defines the old school, Pass-a-Grille feel.

Great place. Very clean and fabulous communication with the owners. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Jada’s John’s Pass duplex is incredibly convenient to the gulf beach and fun boardwalk/marina restaurants and shops, barely need a car. Clean, Well-outfitted kitchen and other touches like providing cruiser bikes and beach chairs were also fun and helpful. I highly recommend the unit to other small families or couples wanting proximity to St Pete beaches.

House was in a great location 20-30 minutes away from Tampa airport and all surrounding beaches. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby within 5-10 minute. Location felt safe. House was clean and spacious. Main shower was a little difficult to use but worked well. Having the waterfront was great for sunrises and sunsets and having the pool was nice when we didn’t want to be around crowds. Family friendly. Would recommend and would stay again when revisiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's home. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with great beach access, although who needs the beach when you have such a beautiful garden to spend time in. With the ocean views, dolphins riding by, the pool and fishing off the dock our kids were so happy just to be home. Michael is a great host, incredibly responsive, generous (he bought our lunch after our fight in) and helpful. This is a fantastic choice, you will not be disappointed!!

My family and I had so much fun here! The locations is close to the beach and the area is easy to get around. The beds were super comfortable everything was clean and matched the description. The hosts checked in on us daily to make sure everything was okay! Great fishing in the pond outback as well! We will definitely be booking again!

Great accommodations! Close to all beaches! Clean and comfortable space. Pool overlooking lake was amazingly relaxing! Pantry was full of available and miscellaneous items. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on site. Beds comfortable!!

We had a great stay! I rented the place for myself and my two daughters (13 and 7) for a week, and everything was smooth and enjoyable. The views and location were beautiful. My older daughter had a swim meet in St. Petersburg, about 25 minutes away, and the drive was easy. We visited Upham Beach, just 10 minutes away. The pool area was our favorite, great views, a nice breeze, and plenty of seating. Urzula provided beach towels, which was super helpful. The hot tub was relaxing, and we loved the rinse-off area by the pool. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. I enjoyed cooking with the water view, and the oven didn’t heat up the space. My older daughter used the bedroom, and I shared the easy-to-set-up sofa bed with my youngest. Urzula was very responsive and updated our booking when we needed to arrive a day early. Check-in was smooth, and parking felt safe. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony & patio. We visited Tarpon Springs and attended the RV show at the State Fairgrounds in Tampa and had very little trouble navigating around. We also walked across the parking lot to Doc Ford’s and enjoyed a nice dinner there. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location! Lori is an amazing host! Very responsive, accommodating and very friendly! Condo is exactly as stated and felt like home.

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!
