Must have positive reviews to stay here. Private entry, Mother in law suite, located in the rear of our primary residence. It is a small space, one room, updated, in a safe and comfortable beach community. The space is located in the Upham Beach/Corey Avenue area. One Secure off street parking. No guest parking. No second car. No street parking. No unregistered guests. Outside space is shared with us, but plenty of room to store boards, bikes, other recreational equipment. No parties

Great location and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and it was nice to have the beach chairs and cart. The balcony door and screen were a bit tricky, definitely a 2- handed job to open and close. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hope to come again!

For two teachers with two young kids wanting to get a beach break to start summer vacation this was the perfect place. It is a quaint space but we had everything we needed and the location and amenities were fabulous. Being able to walk to the beach and having a nice pool was a huge reason why we booked the it and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived there was sand in the bed and the shower was not cleaned but it was fixed the next day, and when we tried to use the beach umbrella and it was broken, a new one was brought later that day. Kristen is quick to respond, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first beach getaway and LOVED IT. We were unsure what to expect since there weren't many reviews on Airbnb, but we were so happily surprised when our room looked even better than the photos, and the lady at the front desk was so helpful. The location was perfect in relation to the beach, and there are great food spots within walking distance, such as Ricks Reef. Also, they have two clean and comfortable pools to lounge at when the beach is overcrowded or too windy. We will absolutely be staying here for our next St. Pete vacation!!

Very cute place. Loved that there were wagons and beach chairs for people to use. It came in handy! We also loved how it was steps away from the beach. I highly recommend this place to someone looking to stay in St. Pete. Would definitely stay here over the other hotels in the area!
