You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.

Five miles from both Winchester and Romsey, a fifteen minute walk to the lovely village of Hursley with its two pubs and great walks! Perfect for IBM Hursley, Peppa Pig World/Paultons Park, the New Forest (25 minutes) and beaches (40 minutes). You can be in Southampton with cinemas, bowling, shopping etc in 20 minutes. We absolutely loved our girls trip to “The Stables”. It is based in such as picturesque area with some nice local walks. It is quite close to Winchester, so we did a couple of trips to visit the Winchester City Mill and go shopping. Tom’s place was very clean and well equipped. It had nice views of fields, cows and chickens on your doorstep and we even saw a barn owl one night! This was such an amazing find and I would definitely recommend!

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful short stay in the Annexe and it far exceeded expectations. It is set in the most beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and quiet with stunning gardens. Steve was the most welcoming and super friendly host, he sent detailed instructions on how to find the property and gain entry prior to our arrival. Our two dogs had so much freedom to run around in the secure gardens, they were in heaven and Steve and his wife’s friendly attitude to them made us feel totally at ease and comfortable that they weren’t a nuisance. The Annexe was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. An absolute haven and we were sorry to leave. We would definitely return when we are next staying in the area.

Our second holiday at Pipin Barn and already planning our next. A beautifully presented and extremely comfortable retreat. Everything we needed to feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Great location, just out off the way to enjoy the peace of the countryside, or a two minute walk to the local pub - The Plough. Sunday Sunday lunch was delicious. Winchester 10 mins away, lots of lovely walks and villages to visit too. Thoughtful hosts - thank you
