The modern room has a separate entrance via the old arbor staircase - you should be good on foot. A 160 cm solid wood bed and a comfortable sofa bed offer you a restful sleep - baby bed on request. Direct access to your own modern toilet with shower. No kitchen. We are also happy to try to meet special requests.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Our house is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of a forest at the foot of the Lindenberg. The two guest rooms with two beds each, shower/toilet, lounge, balcony are in the new building and thus have their own entrance. Hohenrain is located between Lucerne and Lenzburg and between Sursee and Cham/Zug.
