Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. It is on our small farm with horse livery and some dogs. You are welcome to bring a dog up to 15 inches tall. Please do not allow your dog on the sofas or on the beds..There a small additional charge of £10. Because of the animals on site we do not allow parties , only approved guests please. We empty, clean, refill and heat the hot tub at every change over this is in included in the £70 cleaning fee. We also do a chemical check and treatment.

Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Our COTTAGE is situated with a PARK on our doorstep and 15 min drive to Baslow in the PEAK DISTRICT . Also within walking distance to Chesterfield town center and Chatsworth road. Only a 15 min walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutique shops on Chatsworth Road. It is a short drive to Chatsworth house, Bakewell, Matlock and many of the delightful areas in the Peak district. Our home is cozy and welcoming! The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

The old stables - sleeps 2 near Dore Station

A cosy one bed cottage for a stay in Sheffield and easy access to the Peak District. The cottage has a living room (with wood burner), bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor with a double bed upstairs in the eves. You have private garden over the bridge across the brook and a sunny patio for outdoor dining. Please note the house backs directly onto a small train track. The house is well noise insulated but you will hear the trains regularly.
