Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in 운정3동

This was a great stay for our group of eight college students. There were many beds and bathrooms, and the apartment is located in a quiet place near lots of food and public transit. Nana is super accommodating and willing to help us as issues come up. It was replete with all the amenities.

We had a pleasant time in the room as we imagined!The refrigerator was in the closet, which was interesting. (laughs) I was able to enter the room like I was in Kandora, and I enjoyed living in Seoul!I also recommend it to Japanese people!

Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

I was looking for a place to feel more like a home since we were visiting with children. Electric stove top, instead of gas was also something I was looking for, which was surprisingly harder to find. It was the perfect place for our stay. They had books and some toys for kids. A playground right outside. Laundry machine and dryer were a great amenity to have available. And the subway and bus stop were close by. Even though it was in the city, the area was quiet and not too busy. There are also 24 hour coffee and ice cream places nearby. Only struggle was figuring out the keypad when we first arrived because I’m not used to it. It required touching the random numbers for the rest of the key pad numbers to show up. Luckily communicating with 현정 was easy and she was very responsive. Otherwise, it could have been a frustrating experience. I would recommend her place if you’re traveling and looking for a more residential place to stay in Seoul. It was a perfect fit for us!

Great host! Clean and comfortable place to stay.

I went on a business trip. Most importantly, it was clean and equipped with a charger, dryer, etc., so it was very comfortable. I'm also completely satisfied with my colleagues ~ ~ ^ ^

This was my second stay here, and honestly, i didn't even consider looking elsewhere. Every time i fly into Gimpo Airport, this place will be my go-to. That's just how satisfied i am. What really sets this place apart is the host's amazing communication. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful, even sharing great local restaurant recommendations. Thanks to that, my family enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal nearby. The home itself is just as lovely, It smells great the moment you walk in, the bathroom is spotless, and the overall atmosphere is so warm and cozy that it truly felt like home. i slept like a baby! Whether you're planning a short stay or something longer, i can't recommend this place enough. You'll feel right at home. :)

Amazing and relaxing place very close to Hongdae which has a lot to do

Hazel’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Seoul. The place was clean and tidy and the 6 of us had plenty of space. The location is great with lots of surrounding restaurants, bars and shops. Hazel was a great host, she was very communicative and attentive. I would highly recommend.

The price is really cheap compared to nearby accommodations Most of all, it was so nice that the host recommended nearby restaurants, places to visit, cafes, etc.! The accommodation was in the best condition, and it was equipped with tableware, so I could cook simple meals, and I really liked the view of Hanssem Beach from the accommodation. I want to visit again next time if I get a chance.

It was a hundred points accommodation. When I came, I took a gtx from Seoul Station, and I was able to walk from Kintex Station. I also walked to Goyang Sports Complex. If you take the bus from Daehwa Station, you can come directly to Hongdae. Since then, transportation is convenient. I liked the convenience store right next door. And in particular, the cleanliness was the best Airbnb I've ever been to. There's no dust I also felt good about the wooden trees in front of the house and the quiet low neighborhood view from the window. It was warm and quiet I'll use it again next time. I had a good rest. The host's response is so neat, and it's a good value.

There's a reason why the accommodation has good reviews. The accommodation was very nice because it was tidy. I had a comfortable stay since he answered right away.

Brian's place is really nice, it looks exactly like wats shown in e pics. the location is also very awesome. there's great food right next door. alot of food options right downstairs. and we love the gyeongui line forest park. it was full of cherry Blossoms when we were there. it's also walking distance to Sinchon n Hongik University stn & Hongdae! Brian was also there to receive us and gave a thorough briefing of the amenities in the house n both Brian & Elly were very helpful w responding to my queries during our stay. the kids also love the kids room and bath tub v much. it was a great stay!

It was easy to get around, close to the railway entrance to the airport, with a railing elevator, which was friendly to a family with so many large pieces of luggage we had to get around.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment is comfortable and clean. There's many nice places nearby. Thank you again for making us feel at home!

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Kay’s place. The apartment is absolutely stunning with plenty of light and lots of lush plants, and it is very well-appointed with adapters, a speaker, snacks and water, and of course the Aesop products! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful hinoki bath, making use of it morning and night - so relaxing and special to have right in the apartment. The location is also great - in a peaceful location that has a residential feel, while being close to plenty of great cafes and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again upon our return to Seoul!

Taehong was a great & responsive host! He answered all our questions very promptly and detailed. He also provided clear instructions on how to get to the airbnb and how to navigate around Seoul. Had a lot of amenities provided which was super helpful. It was also a plus that 7-Eleven and Seoul Station were close by!

It always felt like home for me throughout my stay for 2 months. The room is cozy and clean with everything I needed, and the host responded and managed it very quickly whenever I had any request. The neighborhood is a beautiful, calm and very local Korean residential area with good transports of a subway and buses. The internet is fast and stable. I will definitely come back!

The apartment is a compact 3-bedroom unit close to convenience stores and restaurants. It is located at walking distance from the Gyeongbokgung palace. The host was very gentle and clear about all the instructions about the place. In our opinion, it is a good cost-benefit option in Seoul.
