Monthly Rentals in University Park

This was my second visit to Leanne's house. During the three weeks of my stay, I had a really relaxing time, as I did last time. Leanne is an incredibly nice and friendly host. It's no exaggeration that so many previous guests call her a great host! The house was always kept very clean. I usually felt very comfortable using the bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer in the basement, and other areas. Leanne's responses to my questions and requests were always prompt and friendly. I also enjoyed having conversations with Leanne, her family, and friends. Of course, I was also able to have complete privacy whenever I wanted. I visited the Library of Congress in DC and the National Archvies II, and the house is in a very good location to visit both institutions. The neighborhood was very safe and I was able to walk to a variety of shops and stores as well as the Metro station. I especially loved jogging in the beautiful neighborhood! I can't wait to stay at Leanne's house again next time!

Katrina was an awesome host and provided us everything we needed to stay comfortably. The room was small but clean, and the surrounding neighbourhood felt safe and very walkable. I’d recommend this room to anybody looking for a quiet neighbourhood with walking distance to transit that reaches Washington DC!

The house was extremely clean, and her instructions were super clean! I spend 2 nights there for a job visit, and it was totally worth what I paid.
