My wife and daughter had a great stay at Jessica's clean and welcoming basement apartment. Their report: It was a very short walk to Hyattsville's shops and restaurants, and we appreciated having a private entrance and convenient parking. The apartment had all the amenities listed and more. We appreciated Jessica graciously allowing us to receive an Amazon order of some items we forgot to bring. She was a great host! We hope to be able to stay there again when we visit friends and family in the area.

Super cozy apartment in a FANTASTIC location. Friendly neighbors, great food & drinks nearby, easy access to UMD, DC, Annapolis, etc.

This basement apartment was clean and well-located. I especially appreciated its proximity to the University of Maryland, where I attended an academic conference. Even though I took Ubers to and from the University, the total expense was much lower than the conference hotel. What is more, the stay was more peaceful in a nice and quaint house. Ample street parking as well. I completely recommend this basement apartment!
