Gated private yard with orange trees, birds of paradise...you'll feel you're away from it all. Mornings on the deck with a San Gabriel Mountain view, evenings grilling and a chiminea fire. The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.

The suite is deep-cleaned: interior surfaces, remotes, handles, linens cleaned at high temps - we all need a bit of peace of mind these days :) To increase value, I lowered the price to allow for LA’s Hotel Tax; High costs these days, and I wanted to help out wherever I could :)

Welcome! This garden studio guesthouse is located in Burbank, California's safe and serene Magnolia Park neighborhood (zip code 91505). Our home is half a block away from Magnolia Boulevard, a commercial corridor filled with cafes, vintage clothing boutiques and antique stores. We are located within 3 miles of Disney, Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios. We are also half a block off of the Chandler Bike Path. Our space is great for studio professionals, tourists, and weekend visitors.

The home is located in the Media District area of Burbank, CA. It is a quiet area located near many Hollywood attractions. Universal Studios and Warner Brothers are within a 10 minute drive. The room is privately detached from our house, separate entrance, and comfortably sleeps two people. Owners live on property with minimal interaction. For your planning reference: Home is walking distance to Burroughs HS. Also, we purposely do not offer a microwave as there is no kitchenette.

Beautiful Cottage with Modern Flair

Heart of the city lies this fairytale cottage with modern amenities to appeal to all! In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. Also we have a wonderful dog on the premises who loves people but is not always great with other dogs. So be mindful if you bring yours. Thank you!
