Wirklich ein sehr schönes Studio, in einer sicheren Anlage und mit allen Komfort den man braucht. Für die in alle Himmelsrichtungen verteilten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Nach anstrengenden Tagen haben wir den Pool nicht mehr genutzt, aber dafür sehr gut geschlafen. Maya war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a really nice stay in the iconic Gate Tower. The apartment from Stephane is like in the description. You have a nice view from the 32nd floor around Reem Island. Because of the height, you could lose some time waiting for the elevator or in the elevator itself. But for us was no problem. You have really great amenities like the pool and the gym. Especially for younger kids that would be a dream. The location is perfect, nearby supermarkets and the Reem Mall. Everything was perfect and I would love to come back one day.

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Amazing views of sea and lake. Lots of windows that allowed ample sunlight in. Fantastic grocery story downstairs called Grandiose. Decent pool and gym. Easy to get around to Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Fast enough WiFi to work comfortably (as a professional). I would recommend it.

First, You guys now have a permanent customer because anytime i visit dubai... this will be my to go place always. Never seen such a clean and sparkling apartment, down to the linens My host was the highlight for me ( MR Jafar) he was so responsive, very nice and a great host. Location was excellent,I had no issues navigating around at all. about 10-12mins away from dubai mall and 18mins from DXB airport Checking in was as seamless... The amenities are top notch The jacuzzi was a stress relief for me I enjoyed every bit of my stay and will recommend this place 100% It is indeed home away from home

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home

Views were incredible, very clean, very spacious and had everything you needed.

I really liked the place, space is much better for 3 pax with extra bed. Location is also very accessible,close to bus stop, even Bathroom and kitchen also were good & clean. Finally Usman is a nice host though.Keep it up the good work.

I liked the place really very much, but the highlight of the stay was the host, my brother, Hasan. He is the sweetest, most considerate, friendly and helpful host I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. He dropped us to the Yas Mall because he was also leaving for Dubai at that time. Thank you, man, Hasan. May you and your family have a healthy and happy life. Outstanding stay with a fantastic host who ensured we had everything we needed! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment's excellent amenities made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa were the perfect backdrop to our Dubai adventure.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Die Gegend ist toll und man kommt mit dem Taxi schnell an jeden Ort in der Stadt. Direkt über die Strasse hat es eine kleine Mall wo man alles findet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir werden das nächste Mal gerne wieder hier übernachten.

⸻ Mein Aufenthalt in Dubai in diesem Apartment war einfach grossartig! Die Lage war perfekt – zentral und alles schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die perfekte Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa, atemberaubend! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Manu war hervorragend – sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage konnten wir sogar einen Early Check-in machen, da wir bereits am frühen Morgen angekommen sind. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Zum Vergleich: Ich war ein Jahr zuvor im Paramount Hotel – und dieses Apartment konnte absolut mithalten! Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Dubai!
