Stayed here over night after the Beyoncé concert. Great location. It’s about 20mins from MetLife & there’s a Wawa , and corner stores near by. It’s very spacious which was perfect for my grandma’s wheelchair. Just a heads up , there are 2 little steps inside that lead to the front door . If that won’t be a problem for anyone with a disability then this place is perfect. The upstairs neighbors started to move around very early in the morning, but If you’re not a light sleeper it’s not bad at all. The place looks just like the photos , and has a private driveway to park in. Jermaine was also able to accommodate us with an early check in . Definitely would stay here again in the future.

These are very nice places and there are many great Portuguese restaurants in the area. I picked this property because it was close to where I was working this week and because it had dedicated parking. The building complex looks new and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I'm hoping to stay here again next time I have work in the area.

Very clean and cozy, the shower and hot water was great, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Parking serves a bit of a challenge, but not to hard to find a street spot. Felt pretty safe in the area and would definitely stay again!

In all of our travels, we have never come across a host as exceptional as Melvin. He set a new standard by which we will measure all others. Melvin has fully embraced the idea this form of travel promises by making his location(s) a respite within one's travel experience. We have become accustom to checking in, building a list of usage needs, then heading off to a grocery store or Target. The forethought and detail that Melvin puts into preparing his property for guests is next-level thinking and was a treat to experience. It made settling in a more relaxing experience. Beyond simple joys, we were there in Maplewood for my son's College Graduation from Seton Hall University. Melvin had "Congrats Grad" Balloons lining the unit entrance and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us inside to mark the purpose of our trip. The unit is walking distance from great food options and a 10 min drive from the Old Town Maplewood Village Shops - a treat we stumbled on and so should you.

We had a great stay at Alison's place. We were in town for family events and the location and easy access made it very stress-free. It was clean, roomy and very well-stocked! We will definitely look to stay here in the future for other family celebrations!

This was a great place for me and my family to stay. Had plenty of room and was exactly as pictured. I found it awesome that you can watch airplanes take off right from the balcony about every minute throughout the day. It was fun and fascinating for the kids and I. We were mainly only there in the late evening and night to sleep. Finding parking wasn't always easy but we managed! Very happy with our stay!

We loved our stay at Odete's apartment. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Odete was lovely to deal with and reached out to us to see if everything was going well for us. The apartment is in a great location, with good transportation to NYC. There are some fantastic restaurants and a large grocery store within walking distance. I would highly recommend Odete's apartment and we really hope to stay there again some day x

From the first step inside, we instantly fell in love. The place has a peaceful homey feeling to step away from the busy city life. Everything inside was super clean and well put together. Leah was also super responsive and ready to help with anything. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again if we are in the area!

This Airbnb was a great place to stay. It is a short drive to Penn Station and not very far from airport. Lyft/Uber drivers are very abundant in this area so it isn’t hard to get a pickup. The neighborhood is as people described in the comments but at night we would just get dropped off right at the gate to the house and it was fine. The host was very responsive.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
