Comfortable and great location

The accommodation looks just like the photos, and the host was very responsive to messages. There are plenty of buses to Manhattan ($4 one way), which makes getting around really convenient. The room was warm and cozy, with enough towels and clean bed linens. The internet and TV worked perfectly, and there was also a coffee machine with capsules in the room — a really nice touch.

I've stayed in the surrounding area of Jersey City multiple times in the past and this was by far the best AirBnB location I've had. It's a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Path station, making it easy to get to & from the EWR airport, as well as to & from NYC. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and has everything I needed for my stay. The local restaurants, bars, convenience store, grocery store, etc. are nearby as well, less than 1-block away, making it easy to get all the essential items needed for a stay. Rick was super responsive and accommodating during my stay, even providing helpful recommendations for places to visit. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will look to stay at this AirBnB for my future trips.

Whole apartment was pleasant and clean, but the assigned room and bathroom were spotless. There is a bus stop around the corner and the location is close enough to downtown that time in transit is perfectly reasonable. Great value for Manhattan!

Lou truly is a Super host: Caring, warm, quick to respond and filled with positive energy and helpful suggestions about how to best enjoy the area. And he has created a Super space: great-feeling layout with delightful carpet and natural light. Clean, clutter-free, simply & comfortably furnished, homey. It's a South Plainfield haven in which to retreat and recharge from the complicated craze of modern life. There's even a lovely park with a lake great for outdoor walks, and a pleasant little main street with surprisingly good barbecue all within walking distance. We loved it, loved Lou, and hope to be back. Thanks again for everything, Lou, keep it going!!

Veronica’s place is so clean and she’s super helpful and responsive! As someone who you used to live in nyc, the location is UNBEATABLE! Such a great stay and super affordable for New York.

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself, but everyone coming to NJ and looking for an Airbnb needs to stay here. Lou was an elite host; he was so responsive and friendly. His place was more than I expected, the three bedrooms and loft was so spacious, everything was in immaculate condition and VERY clean. My 14-year-old son had his own private space in the loft, and he was ecstatic (I only saw him when it was time for meals lol). Very convenient location, close to all major highways and walkable to multiple restaurants (the farmers market was an added bonus). The house had every amenity you would need, I felt like I was at home. 10/10, this will be my go-to place when I am in NJ.

It was truly a pleasure to meet Gabriela and Patrice. They are welcoming hosts and very interesting and pleasant people. We spent one evening together, talking about everything under the sun. The apartment fully matches the description. The neighborhood is quiet. And what was especially important for me — free parking. A 10 out of 10 for me with no doubt.
