Great apartment, very spacious with a quiet street and well located with a restaurant, market, bakery, and laundry in the same neighborhood. I stayed in the apartment for 3 months and felt at home during this time.

Well located, easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. we had a little bit of trouble just with the noise of a party at the corner gas station.

I was already in Unaí and needed a place to stay, I contacted André on the same day in the morning and he was very helpful and was able to make the checkin available before the scheduled time, and that was very good. In addition, communicating with the host is very easy and the Ap well located and in a quiet place. However, there are 3 points that I point out as a need for improvement for a better experience in the stay: 1 - The bed is quite hard, which can impact the experience depending on the number of days of the stay; 2 - The internet is very slow, which impacts the guest who needs the internet to work, for example; 3 - The air conditioning needs maintenance, as it was making a lot of noise and had to turn it off to get to sleep. Observing these points of improvement, for sure, will be one of the best places in Unaí.

It was a great stay. The apartment is very cozy, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean. The location is very good, right in the city center. It has no parking, but it is easy and safe to park in front.
