I huset finns även 1 sovrum och 1 WC. Gratis parkering på gården. Wifi finns. På gården finns en separat bastu med dusch och WC. I området finns flera badstränder, grillplatser och fina skogsstigar. Vintertid finns skidspår på sjön och en isvak för vinterbad . En idyll endast cirka 10 minuters bilfärd från Umeå.
