Finns flera mataffärer i närheten (Ica kvantum, Coop & Lidl) ca 1-2 km.

Private toilet, shared laundry room and kitchen. Separate shelves are available in cupboards and refrigerators. The house contains of three bedrooms, living room and kitchen in one. There is a view of Lake Nydalasjön, which is a popular recreation area with, a large adventure playground.

Hej! Welcome to the city of Umeå. The biggest city in the Northern Territory of Sweden. The house is available from Easter 2025 to the end of June. The house can just be hired over the whole period, not several days or weeks. We can recommend you a nice townhouse which is very comfortable and not fare from the centre of Umeå (around 1,5 km). Welcome to our cozy townhouse with proximity to most things. 3 km to Umeå city center and less than 1 km to Ålidhem city center with grocery stores and restaurants. The house was built in 2019 and is thus significantly newer than other buildings in Ålidhem. The nearest neighbors are families with children and the accommodation is suitable for those who want a quiet and private stay in Umeå. Parking is available directly next to the house.
