It's not far from the beach & large shopping malls. The cottage has a queen size bed, air-conditioner, ensuite shower & loo, fitted kitchen, DSTV (all channels), Wifi & secure off-street parking. Note that there are DISCOUNTS FOR WEEK-LONG and MONTH-LONG bookings.

Kemp’s Loft - with Power Supply

Come stay at our unique loft space where you will get to experience our private 1-bed stylish “tiny home”. This unit is best suited for 2 people, but can accomodate 4 with 2 people on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The quirky bedroom is upstairs and sits in a space that has low ceilings to give a cosy slumber feel. This is a self-catering, load-shedding friendly unit, fully equipped with gas cooking, gas geyser and an alternative power supply to keep the wifi and TV running during loadshedding.

Westwinds

To welcome you to our world our decor is neutral glam, in private and peaceful surroundings in Cowies Hill with a large deck overlooking a nature reserve. Features: air conditioning with heater, large TV with full DSTV bouquet, WiFi uncapped 40 meg line, use of a swimming pool, and workspace. The self catering kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer, induction cooking plate, plus all crockery & cutlery. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and cupboard.

The Sunny Corner

A beautiful, sunny space. Fully kitted with all you need to be a home away from home. Air-con, fast Wifi, TV, well equipped kitchen and a dedicated workspace if needed. Situated in the central suburb of Westville, close enough to shops and popular attractions yet positioned in a peaceful garden full of life for you to enjoy. Secure, onsite parking for 1 or 2 cars available. Private courtyard with outside seating area allows for a relaxing environment to suit your holiday or business needs.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The Pad - A Quiet Refuge

This centrally located bachelor flat is perfect for the city explorer or out of town business person. Nestled in a peaceful leafy neighbourhood with the beach 10 minutes away and nightlife just around the corner. The unit has its own entrance and secure parking. Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note the unit is on a shared property and their is a dog. Not suitable for parties or noisy get togethers. Guests who disrespect this will be asked to leave.

Container Cottage

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious and the gas geyser ensures hot water always. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

We are Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac, minutes away from central Westville, overlooking the University Campus and Beautiful Palmiet Nature Reserve. Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

The Studio on Elston

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. My office is on the property and so I am happy to assist with any queries you may have.

Lincoln Loft - 1 bed with views

Lincoln Loft: One bedroom with stunning views located in Central Westville. Make meals in the open plan kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave & fridge. Work or play with kettle for tea/coffee, a desk area, Wi-Fi, and TV with Netflix in front of a cozy couch. Queen size bed with portable air con to keep cool at night. Bathroom with spacious shower and washing machine. Secure off-street parking for one car. No outdoor space. NB no smoking inside.
