I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

The apartment was cozy and clean and in a quiet area. Services and restaurants nearby. The historic center is easily accessible by escalator. I received good directions and Chiara answered all my questions quickly.

Do not hesitate to book this. We loved it. It’s a wonderful place close to the main center. Seemed bigger than the photos. Everything was very comfortable and very quiet. Alessandro and his daughter’s met us for check-in and insured we had everything we needed for our stay. He also offered many local tips and suggestions. We asked him many questions during our state and he was very friendly and responsive. :) We hope to come again!

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

Three days to escape the chaos of the city of Rome in search of tranquility, greenery, relaxation and good food. Conveniently located for walking, even with children. You can reach the city center in 10/15 min walk. Fabrizio was immediately available to meet our needs. The apartment did not miss our expectations, including a parking space, not to be underestimated. Essential and well-finished modern house. highly recommended

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful hill top town. The Airbnb is super cosy and finished to a great standard, comfy bed, big bathroom, good cooking equipment, great heating and amenities and most of all beautiful views from bedroom and silent nights sleep. Don’t miss the chance to stay if planning a visit to Spello!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The house is really very nice, clean and with various comforts. The village is beautiful and Marco was very nice and approachable. I recommend it.

Lovely home within the city walls, with thought and attention given to the renovation of a historic home. While the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we hoped, the limited time we spent on the amazing terrace was noteworthy. Also rare in Italian rentals was the provision of a dryer, which was appreciated. The only drawback was the antique living room furniture, which was limited in space and comfort. Had we been able to use the terrace, this would have been less of a problem. I would recommend this rental!

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

I stayed at this property during the market period, excellent proximity to them and the various squares, The property seems like home, the kitchen is lovely and special, super clean bathrooms, everything as described, spacious and comfortable bedroom, it was very nice to find the house on two floors, even the comfort area that divides the stairs from the upper part is well placed and beautiful, large master bathroom upstairs and the staircase next to the sink has its charm. Super convenient for the markets, downtown area and to visit various churches. If you are in Arezzo you have to stay here! Super helpful host and always present, it is enchanting.

Excellent and rapid Whats App communication. - right on the edge of Centro storico so can walk everywhere - extremely quiet as it faces interior courtyard, never hear anything from other units or outside - modern apt with comfortable bed, lots of closet space and spacious shower - 2 TVs, one in each room - lights have remote control dimmers - Cooking facilities excellent - Nescace Dolce Gusto coffee machine with lots of pods provided CONs: - no microwave - parking around apt is 3 Euros per hour 8-22h - closest free parking 750m away which is 12 min walking incl lots of stairs - no elevator but only 25 steps up to apt - apt not overly bright - no bath towels just bath robes - if going in mid-summer, not sure place would be cool enough (only 1 vent)

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

This is everything you wish all your Airbnb’s are like. Ideal location, easy to access, spacious and clean. The view from every rooms is breathtaking. I wish we stayed longer. Book this place. 10/10 would recommend

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

The place was wonderful as well as the host, Nicola. She was extremely accommodating to our schedule and so communicative! We are very appreciative! We will visit again in the future!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back
