Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ulysses

Truly cozy little cottage; comfortable, simple, and perfect for our needs. Perhaps a bit "rough around the edges," but it's not without charm. Organic breakfast was a nice touch. Beautiful, quiet and very rural location with downtown Ithaca only 10 minutes away.

Great experience at Lili's! We brought our senior dog, Nala for a pupcation with us and Lili's home was perfect for our little family of 3. Definitely room for more if your family is bigger. Loved all the little touches like actual butter and eggs waiting in the fridge along with fresh local apples (holy COW those empire apples were insanely good), dog towels and instructions on paths to explore around the property, very comfortable couch and bed to relax in after a long day of exploring. I'm a celiac and have to eat GF and loved seeing things like GF pasta and oats in the pantry for guests- so thoughtful. We mainly came to explore Ithaca + Watkins Glen and the surrounding area and were blown away by how dog friendly everything was! Will quickly leave recs here if you are GF and want to know the best places to gorge yourself: Brekkie/Lunch-> Cafe Dewitt in Ithaca, Dinner-> North Star Bar in Ithaca. And if you do dairy definitely get ice cream from Cayuga Creamery in Ithaca.

Kent & Terri’s place is perfect. You can tell that they care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. A beautiful spot, very clean, with everything you might need. We’ll definitely be back!

In town for Syracuse graduation and Sue’s place was fantastic. Clean and spacious. Sue was a great host, very responsive and super helpful. A 10 ish minute drive to campus. Very convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

Thank you Adam and Kelly! We had a wonderful stay for our 30th reunion at Cornell, and your house was perfect for our group of four. The surroundings were gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable. The fridge was amazingly well-stocked, including farm-fresh eggs, and the kitchen well-equipped for those who want to self-cater. The deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee—nothing quite beats hearing bird song as a way of starting your day. We all loved it and highly recommend this tranquil treasure!

To be honest, I would love to have a little studio exactly like that to live in... I'm retired and that would be perfect for me and my 12 lb havanese... It was a little out of the way, but I'd highly recommend to anyone...

I visited this beautiful lakeside house with my wife and my parents on memorial day weekend! The host couple are very friendly, experienced and have planned all amenities very thoughtfully. We enjoyed solving the puzzles, kayaking in the lake at sunset and just relaxing with the lakeside view. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities which enabled us to enjoy cooking at home. We visited watkins glen state park and Niagara falls while staying here. I highly recommend this gem in the finger lakes region!!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Melanie's place. The apartment was clean, neat, modern, and so nicely decorated. Her home is in a quiet, private, wooded setting that's a short drive from Ithaca - what a great location! Melanie was friendly and messaged us several times during our stay to make sure it was going well. As others have mentioned, we really appreciated the snacks (granola bars, yogurt, instant oatmeal) and fruit that Melanie left for us. Highly recommend this airbnb if you are looking for a fully-equipped, clean and private 1-bedroom apartment near Ithaca! Check out the cool covered bridge in Newfield, only 10 minutes away. We also had a very good breakfast at the Sunset Grill just down the road from Melanie's airbnb - prices were reasonable.

I stayed at Meriams place on the front end of a work trip and the tail end too, she was very accommodating for my needs and it is a great little place. It has all, plus more of the essentials you would need and was stocked with breakfast stuff, snacks, coffee, home canned peaches and vanilla ice cream plus the towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning products, extra linens, etc. were all there. Being out in the country it was secluded, quiet and far enough from lights, people and places but ideal for my work at SUNY Cortland (25 minutes) and Cornell Univ (10 min) and Ithaca (15 min) The property has a pond, gardens, a deck, unfortunately it never stopped raining long enough to enjoy them, maybe next time. Additionally it is near the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and has lots of birds around the property and is also very close to the Ithaca airport. It would be a pleasure to stay here anytime I'm in town. I loved staying in Melanie's basement apartment while visiting my son at Ithaca College for the weekend. In addition to the private bedroom and bathroom, the apartment has a separate, comfortable, inviting living room, and a stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and stove. Melanie also kindly provided plenty of snacks and breakfast items such as yogurt, blueberry muffins, and creamer for coffee. I didn't use many of the items provided but it was incredibly gracious of Melanie to do so. She also went out of her way to accommodate my car in her driveway, which wasn't necessary. I would definitely seek to stay in Melanie's place again if I return to Ithaca to visit my son. The location is close to Ithaca College (about 10-15 minutes) and was very convenient to the restaurants and shopping areas along the main street.

Our experience of staying with Nancy was unmatched by any other airbnb experience. Nancy goes above and beyond in every way as a host. She is endlessly thoughtful and generous and her abilities as a chef are out of this world! She made us several impeccable breakfasts, sweet treats, and dinners. Additionally, the setting feels about as idyllic as it gets. What an incredibly peaceful oasis! I can’t recommend Owera Winds BnB enough! We would absolutely love to come back one day!

Our stay at Willenaway was amazing, Kate is a wonderful host and communication was easy! She is so accommodating and made our stay so special by providing a warm homey feel (and delicious breakfast) that we’ve been missing! Highly recommend for any couple or group in need of some R&R

My wife and I stayed at Jes' place for three nights. The house is is gorgeous, with the rooms impeccably decorated and furnished. All furnishings supported the heritage of this magnificent historical mansion. I had reserved the smaller room for our stay, but Jes was very kind to upgrade us to Room 2, a very large, well-decorated room with a beautiful and very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is very large with two separate sinks and a large shower (and separate bath tub). We took advantage of the downstairs rooms, where there are comfortable chairs for reading or just relaxing. There are beverages available to have while relaxing. I highly recommend Jes' place if you're looking to stay in the Trumansburg/Ithaca/Cayuga Lake area. You will feel very at-home and not disappointed. Make your reservation early to try to get Room 2!

This was a comfortable, accommodating place to stay in great location for visiting wineries. We booked a dog friendly room, and were welcomed with our pup at the brewery on site and in the breakfast area. (It’s cozy, so consider how well behaved your dog is near other people.) Breakfast was a good value to consider when booking. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage waffles, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, juices, and coffee. Even gluten free options with their own toaster. It seems like most rooms had a view of the lake, which is lovely for sunset. Our room on the first floor was handy for the pup and had Adirondack chairs. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.

We had a wonderful a wonderful time during our stay at Lesley's home. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, their place is very cozy and comfortable, and their hospitality made us feel completely at home. The three black cats and big, friendly dog were major bonuses for us and made our stay even more joyful! We would love to come back again next year.

Our stay with Renee was absolutely lovely! The house is beautiful and historic and an easy walk to downtown Seneca Falls. Renee had great suggestions for things to do (and even made us some delicious waffles).

All the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!!!! From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The stunning views, cozy room, and serene atmosphere were a true escape from the busyness of life. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, quiet, and perfect for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Our hosts (and their sweet pup!!) were incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel truly valued and cared for. The location is ideal- close to wineries, live music, great restaurants, and hiking trails. It would also be an amazing spot for a retreat, wedding, or family reunion. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

If you want to experience the true nature of hospitality you definitely need to stay at Ms. Cathy's homestead! Upon our arrival, Cathy was welcoming and gracious by giving us a tour of the premises. As soon as we entered the property, the atmosphere displayed a feeling of "being at home away from home". Ms. Kathy is a wealth of knowledge! As a native and long-time resident of Honeyoe, she assesses your plans upon your visit and provides recommendations to maximize your experience during your stay. When it comes to accommodations, her home is immaculate. The rooms offer nature's views, along with comfort and privacy. Ms. Cathy offers the concept of "bed and breakfast" by preparing delicious homemade breakfasts, where she prepares everything from scratch. Ms. Cathy also shares her musical talents (you need to be there to experience them) as well as her kindness and sweet personality. It is our new hidden gem for future visits! It should be yours as well!
