Everything about the house was great. The only small inconvenience we experienced was with the driveway—it’s quite steep and leads directly to the owner’s garage at the top. Because of that, we had to re-park our car at the bottom of the driveway after dropping off our luggage. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of if you're arriving by car.

Astrid and Arils were amazing hosts and their AirBnB was everything we were looking for and more. Clean, cozy, and with a fantastic view of the water. The kitchen was really well stocked too. My wife and I had a very rejuvenating time at the house and it was added blessing to get to talk with Astrid and Arils for a while on our way in. They are great!

Beautiful apartment. In reality, it is larger than how it appears in the pictures. It was neatly clean and equipped with every comfort. Nearby, everything can be done.

WOW WOW WOW. I can't even believe we got to stay here. What a privilege! It looks even better than the pictures. The view is unbeatable. Marit was kind and warm, available but not overbearing. I mentioned we were doing the sauna in Aurland (recommend!! Aurland, not Flåm!) and she left towels out for us. messaged to ask how the trip was going and if we needed a shoe dryer. This Airbnb is everything an Airbnb should be and more, Marit is everything an Airbnb host should be and more! Thank you, Marit, for a fantastic stay. Tusen takk!!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Aurland at Basecamp 3. It was super close to Flåm. Being right on top of the grocery store was. Huge plus. We timed our stay at the midpoint of our week in Norway, so being able to get our laundry done was a huge win! As good as advertised. Would stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I am convinced this is the best cabin in all of the fjords! The location simply cannot be beat and the cabin was so thoughtfully built and furnished. I traveled here with my husband and two children (6 & 8) and it was the perfect size. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We opted to use the boat one day and are so glad we did. It allowed us to see the fjords in a unique and personal way. Amazing memories getting up close with nature. There isn’t a single thing I would change about this place. We met the owner and his son who were very courteous. The owner gave us the recommendation to drive the snow road which we did - it had only recently opened. We were so grateful for the recommendation. Book it, you won’t regret it.

We had the pleasure to spend a wonderful long weekend in Hardanger at Gro and Øystein's magnificent place. I can highly recommend it to everyone and would definitely come back!

A women's group of 7 that have a great time inLarsastovå. Beautiful and cozy house that has a fantastic location. Lots of nice hiking areas to great outdoor space. The second time we were here and would love to come back.

Breathtakingly beautiful location! Right by the fjord. Jan is a very kind and helpful host. The home is even prettier and more well-equipped than the photos. Can’t recommend enough!

This was my favourite airbnb stay ever. I am so glad we decided to stay in Aurland over Flam - we enjoyed the slower pace over the bustling cruise ships of Flam. Transport to Flam was very easy even though we did not have a car. There were many options through the public transport bus (Vy), the tourist shuttle and the ferry (Norled), especially in the summer. The house was clean, cosy, perfectly situated and with the most amazing views. It was also very warm which was a plus! Ann Iren was so hospitable and we truly felt at home. The kitchen was well equipped for us to have a few home cooked meals. We went to the local bakery everyday for breakfast. We stayed for four nights and there was lots to do in the area, our favourites being the Brekkefossen hike and the Fjord Safari. Quite a few of the attractions have options to leave directly from Aurland as well. I cannot recommend this airbnb more, it had everything we needed. Thank you Ann Iren for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Eve's beautiful house! The property was clean and offered breathtaking views that made every morning special. Eve was an excellent host with fantastic communication throughout our stay, providing helpful tips about the local area that really enhanced our experience. The location is truly exceptional, with countless options for activities and places to explore nearby. The highlight of our trip was spotting small whales during breakfast - what an incredible and unexpected treat! The house itself is great and perfectly situated to take advantage of both the scenic surroundings and all the region has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A cozy, not so big apartment, everything was fine. Too bad it was missing from the ping pong table, it would have been a nice activity when it rained.

Couldn't really be better. 10 out of 10. I had many plans before I arrived at the place, but I found such peace, so it became relaxation in the beautiful surroundings instead. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, the house had everything we needed for a lovely stay. House does have owners belongings in as mentioned in other reviews but this honestly didn't effect our stay. kids enjoyed playing on the playstation after a long day on the road 😊 Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. parking outside but please note you can't use the EV charger.

Incredibly nice apartment with everything you might need. Cheerful host who responded quickly to all messages. Especially positive that there were both prepared beds and towels, as well as a baby bed available. We had a very nice stay.

This was a nice apartment, easy to find and we enjoyed that it had access to the pool. Host was incredibly responsive and easy to contact when anything came up. Only stayed here one night as we were passing by but it had black out shades! This was a huge plus for us as no other place we stayed had them. Restaurants are walkable from the apartment. Overall would recommend this place, I’m sure it’s great when ski season opens!

Wonderfully peaceful and quirky home on the water! We had the upstairs area of the house, which used to be a ski lodge, and the layout was interesting but very comfortable. There's so much personality to the house that it takes a bit to absorb, but we had a very lovely time. The laundry machine is commercial and worked great, which was fantastic for us since we were traveling with a baby. There's also an efficient EV charger available! Laila was friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay in Geilo! We chose this apartment for the location close to the town and the beautiful views from the balcony. It was clean, easy to find, and well set up for our family. A great spot for a family ski trip and for exploring the beautiful outdoors. Thank you Yuqing!!
