It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. A former Victorian Presbytery and formerly nunnery we have spent the last 5 years renovating and restoring the property both inside and out. Where possible we have replaced and sympathetically adapted the building to meet todays modern standards.
