A great place for a skiing getaway at Jiminy Peek Resort! Ski - in, ski -out, a lovely appointed condo, with access to a hot tub. Frank was most helpful and friendly. I highly recommend his place.

We had a lovely stay. The location can’t be beat. We were able to ski in and out, walk to village area and the restaurant was down the hall. It was so convenient yet even with everything so close- it was so peaceful and quiet. The directions and communications were detailed making it easy to get in and around once there. The bed was extremely comfortable!! The condo itself was immaculate and the view out to the slopes was fantastic. It had everything we needed! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful! Howie was flexible with the checkin- making it much easier for us to get out onto the slopes! He communicated throughout our stay to be sure we were having a great time! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Anisha was the most thoughtful host. She checked on me and even left a bottle of my favorite wine for me when I got there. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with easy parking. I felt really at home here. I just hope this place is available on future visits.

Rodney’s apartment was clean, convenient and private. Perfect for a couple looking to explore or someone traveling to the area for business. Rodney was communicative and left clear instructions. He also provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again!

The room was comfy, looked just like the pictures, matched the description and had all I needed for my stay. We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

We had a great stay here. It was very close to the ski lifts, and the ski locker was directly across the hall. It made for a very enjoyable and easy skiing experience. Jiminy Peak is a great place to ski at with a variety of trails for all skill levels, and even though it was a school vacation week/weekend, the lift lines were never long. Margaret was very responsive to any questions we had and made the process easy. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul’s place! We had easy access to the mountain for skiing. It was wonderful to have a ski locked to store our stuff outside of the room. In addition to the wonderful accommodation our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend Paul and his accommodation!!!

Loved staying here with my wife, two kids and dog. Large fenced in back yard, beautiful setting and great central location that’s really close to Main Street stone ridge, High falls, breweries in Accord, minnewaska state park and Kingston. Very clean and spacious home that’s stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Comfortable beds and amazing book collection to read from. Hope to stay here again.

I’ve stayed in quite a few AirBnB’s and this one was top of the line. The grounds and patios and the thoughtful aesthetic inside were breathtaking. Everybody should stay here! It was as close to perfect as you could get.

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Such a lovely and spacious home. The hot tub, wood stove, and gym were great touches, and the house felt cozy yet modern. Everything was super clean and well-stocked, and Emily was a wonderful, communicative host. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I can’t even begin to say enough about this place and the hosts! The space is GORGEOUS - pictures don’t do it justice. So much light and space for everyone! We just spent 8 nights in this lovely home. It was perfect for three couples as we each had our own room and bath. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need to do for serious cooking. We appreciated having coffee filters, coffee and some teas available.There was enough space, inside and out, that we could spread out and relax. We especially liked the sunroom, which looked down to the river and the lighthouse. On a couple of cool nights, we used the fireplace in the living room. The potted succulents on the deck were beautiful as were the peonies in front of the house. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that is convenient to Hyde Park, Rhinebeck, and the Kingston-Rhinebeck bridge. We would absolutely consider a return to this incredible house!

We were on a multigenerational trip where everyone was stunned at the outset by the luxurious feel of this property. The decor is impeccable yet warm and inviting. The layout worked perfectly with some enjoying the wood burning fireplace while others watched movies in the study/tv room. We grilled one night and at every meal we were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain ridge view. Our dog enjoyed long games of fetch on the well maintained lawn at the front of the property. Finally, Upstate Place was an absolute joy to work with.
