This unit is in a townhouse built in the 1890s with vintage details including ornamental ceilings, a bay window and decorative fireplaces alongside contemporary artwork. Entire 900sqf 1st floor unit. Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The apartment is in the heart of historic uptown Kingston. It’s within walking distance of many of the sights of the uptown Stockade district of New York’s first capital. Explore the weekend farmers’ market, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible by bus or by car. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

We had an amazing stay at Dawn’s house. She was very proactive, giving clear instructions for arrival and a manual with house rules and a ton of local recommendations for shops and things to do. The house was super cozy with plenty of blankets for movie marathons and games for game night (we especially loved playing backgammon). Dawn even left us Valentine’s Day treats for our arrival - such a wonderful experience!

I enjoyed my stay at Luci house very much. The house has many good amenities (although fyi no microwave) and is conveniently located to Kingston’s various commercial areas. The neighborhood is quiet and the house abuts a beautiful wilderness. Outdoor space is nice although can be buggy, but very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Fil & Ellie’s place was the perfect stay for our getaway. Their home is amazing. We were very impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness and attention to detail. This place has everything you’ll need for a great stay. The hosts were also very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with check-in. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

A beautiful, comfortable house right on the Hudson with stunning views. We loved watching all the life on the river, herons and loons and ducks, as well as boats from tiny crafts to massive barges. There are great hikes just a short distance away. It is a perfect place to rest, write, draw, and make music.

Diane was very responsive helpful and responsive in securing a last minute reservation for when our plans fell through. Her place was spacious for three adults and super clean with all the amenities we needed. Perfect for a family and nearby restaurants/bars in Kingston.
