At Kölingsholm Farm in Kölingared, this small cozy cottage is surrounded by natural pastures and oaks. Two rooms and kitchen with sleeping loft. Fully tiled toilet with shower and floor heating. The kitchen is small but well equipped for cooking/baking! One bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (105 cm) in the loft. In the living room, there is a fireplace and room for everyone on the sofa, as well as dining room tables and chairs. A hall and a small laundry room (with underfloor heating) with exit to the back.

The pond is suitable for swimming and next to it is the wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Bike and hiking trails in the nearby area. 1 mile to community with business and communication. 2.5 miles to Borås/Ulricehamn. The house has a deck in two directions. Lake view in one direction and large grass area ( made for play and games) in the other. The house is part of property so the cabin host are close by for any help.
