Charming newly renovated brewery!

The house is 90 sqm divided into two floors. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hall, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two adjustable single beds. On the upper floor, there is a large living room with a lovely ceiling height that is open up to the ridge, a large sofa group, a desk, a dining table and three single beds. In the living room, there is plenty of room for the four extra beds that are best suited for children. On the second floor, there is a bedroom and a wardrobe.

Quiet strawberry place for the big family

In the middle of the forest, without neighbors, this amazing house is beautifully framed by forest and pasture. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill perfect for nice barbecue evenings. A giant lawn suitable for play and yoga. There is a hiking trail around the house and nice bike trails. If you want to take a swim in Åsunden, it is not far to Tvärredslund. Rude Kulle is closeby for a mile-wide view of Åsunden. The closest store is Handlarn in Hulu. Here, dogs are also most welcome.

A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.
