The apartment is bright and pleasant, and has a nice southwest-facing balcony that faces a quiet backyard. Here there is sun for much of the day, when the season allows it! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is folded out from the wall (NOTE: This is heavy!). With the bed folded out, it will be cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.
