In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The apartment is 65 sqm and is close to public transport, which brings you to Oslo city center in 5 min. At the same time, you have the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay in a safe urban area with many nice cafes, restaurants and exclusive shops. Bygdøy, beach, Frognerparken are within walking distance. You can walk, bike or go for a run. Bedroom is facing the back garden, which is quiet and peaceful and you get nice views through living room windows. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, without elevator.

This is a newly renovated and airy mini-house with double bed, kitchen with dining area, wardrobe, bathroom and sleeping loft. There is free private parking on the premises. Centrally located with shops and public transport nearby. Short distance to the fjord with beach, restaurants and hiking areas. Good place also for families with older children/groups of up to four people, two of whom are mobile enough to use the stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private patio and access to lush garden in the summer months.
