This is a charming private apartment in one of the oldest buildings of Ulcinj and a part of town history with an extraordinary sea view. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi, 2 bedrooms, 1 living kitchen, bathroom and 3 balcony’s. Apartment is located on the beach and on the boulevard with a lot of restaurants, shops and music bars! Between 01/06-01/10 there is a VERY LOUD music in a bars next to apartment from 10:00pm until 01:00am (PARTY AREA)! Payed parking 6 euro/24 hours.

Our apartmens are located in the region of Velika Plaza. Both of apartments have a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedrom with two beds and a bathroom with a washing machine. There is also a Smart-TV and both are climatized with heating and cooling functions. It‘s great for couples and families. The beach is accessible by walking. Right by the building is a supermarket Franca.

Das Apartment ist definitv einen Besuch wert. In Ulqin hatten wir noch nie so einen tollen Empfang. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett und so herzlich. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, man hat einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu fuß erreichbar sind. Wir werden mit meinem Freund definitiv bei jedem Halt in Ulqin hier buchen, es ist es wert.

Уютный дом на реке

Evgenija s place is a great airbnb, house is very big and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. ☺️The house is better and bigger than it appears in photos, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Evgenija was communicative and easy going. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. This place is a jungle fairy tale. Apartments are small and cozy, authentic, and nicely equipped. The backyard is shared with another apartment, with plenty of spots to enjoy (hammock, bed swing, barbecue, tents). The hosts were great, Olja was super helpful and kind. The place is next to the Bojana river (with the dock on the river), located 5 minutes by foot from the first restaurants and grocery stores and 30 minutes from the beach. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. Thank you a lot, hope to see you again! Bless you!
