In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

New studio equipped to accommodate 3 people. It has a bathroom, kitchenette and dining area on the semi-open balcony. The studio is located on the 2nd level (without assessor) accessible by internal stairs. Hosts will be available throughout the stay. The neighborhood is residential and lively in summer, the house is rented in the entirety. Private parking is available and access to the garden open to all guests.
