This is a sunny one bedroom apt on the first floor with two balconies that has super nice sea views, located 50m from the Veliki Pjesak Beach. Apt is a part of Apart-Hotel XXL which is an exclusive facility suited on the seashore with a modern and comfortable design. Everything is under you feet, stores, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, clubs and a 5 star hotel is next door to us which has rooftop garden and spa. We do serve breakfast to our guests for an additional price of 5e per guest.

My place is close to the Tampico beach, kite clubs, river Bojana and famous Ada nudistic holiday resort, shops and restaurants . You’ll love my place because it's a nice little house with its own safe garden and it's quiet and walking distance to famous Tampico and Copacabana beach in Ulcinj Montenegro. This used to be small family home built by my father. It's a modest house but has all the amenities necessary for a holiday. Pets are allowed and there is a safe gated garden and garage.
