Villamız, müstakil ve 3 katlıdır. Ormanla bitişik, kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz ve huzurlu bir bölgededir. Giriş katında salon, mutfak, tuvalet ve 2 büyük balkon bulunmaktadır. Üst katta, 3 yatak odası ve 2 banyosu bulunmaktadır. Her odanın kendine ait balkonu vardır. Yüzme havuzumuz mevcuttur, kış döneminde kapalı olan havuzumuz yaz başlangıcı itibariyle dezenfekte edilerek doldurulur. Günlük olarak kontrolü yapılarak hijyen koşulları takip edilir. Ormanla bitişik, denize yürüyerek 5 dakikadır.
