Vacation rentals in Ukwa West

Sharon’s place was clean, homey and very quiet, as we never heard any neighbors! This apartment is located in Trans Amadi, so a bit far from where we commuted to everyday (Choba), but comfortable nonetheless. The apartment itself was very clean, no bugs, no dust and featured three rooms, which all had their own bathrooms. Our flight was delayed and we checked in later than expected. Sharon was beyond accommodating to us and met us at night and checked us in with no issues! This estate does have a clubhouse that you can buy food at and chill by the pool, which was nice, as we did not expect that, so no need to leave the estate to get food. This estate also has light, but there were issues with the building’s power, as the generator for the whole building was having problems, which Sharon always answered when we contacted her and kept us in the loop as far as what maintenance stated to her. The building’s light issue was always resolved and this happened 3x during our more than 2 week stay. The light credit for the apartment was NEVER an issue and we never ran out of power even with the refrigerator being on 24/7 and running the air conditioning while we were at the apartment or at night. We did not cook, so I can’t comment on the kitchen appliances, but everything that is typically stocked for a kitchen was there. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. We had such a great time here and it was very safe, as we walked around at night often and never feared anything would happen. There is also security, which all guests need a code to enter and they also check the car trunks and make drivers roll the windows down to see who the passengers are going in and coming out from the estate. I would rate this place a 9/10, would absolutely recommend!

I stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment with my sister for a week. The apartment is located in a gated and secure estate which made it feel safe as all visitors need to check in at the gate. The apartment is as described with very spacious lounge, kitchen and rooms which had been cleaned prior to our checking in. Also, there is 24/7 power through an inverter system that automatically kicks in when power supply is cut off - as expected in Nigeria :). The host, Nora was very responsive and check in was smooth as there was someone at the apartment to let us in and attend to us if there were any issues. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when next we are in PH.

The place is really nice, situated in a choice location in GRA, it looked better than pictures; the swimming Pool and gym there was a delight, I enjoyed my stay very well, it was just the place I needed to stay. Dogiye and Alex (his manager) were very reachable and did all they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and were very quick in response. my only suggestions will be, please provide more towels; my stay was long (over 2 weeks). I was given only 1 towel and told to get myself towels for further use... I think for such a long stay guest; giving them more towels to use , changing the towels (or allow them handle the towels )will be more appropriate; also the light(electricity) schedule, the available inverters only works with TV, fans and bulbs; the A/C, Microwave, Fridge needed generators(or PHCN) to work; the generator time schedule wasn't adhered to strictly and in long PHCN outage, food storage became a problem. overall, it was a very good stay, I'll sure recommend.

From check-in to check-out was a great experience. The Apartment is in a lovely neighborhood that have good security with easy access to the city center. The space is clean and cozy, I will recommend to anyone looking for a cool and quiet spot I will definitely be coming back.🔥
