Haus Wartaweil is located in the middle of the countryside with a unique view over the beautiful basement lake. The extensive complex invites you to relax on the balcony, barbecue on the terrace or play in the large meadow. This is where peace and comfort are combined. Regardless of the weather, you can also spend time in the house at the foosball, in the home cinema or on the cozy couch. There are swimming and water sports facilities in the immediate vicinity as well as excursion destinations for all ages.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

This individual vacation apartment, near Lake Eutin, is ideal for anyone who wants to explore and experience Holstein Switzerland with its many lakes and proximity to the Baltic Sea. The fully equipped flat is very centrally located. The old town, the lake stage, castle, museum, lake park, hiking trails, and even a small grocery store with fresh bread rolls are all within walking distance. It is a great starting point for cycling, hiking, golf, kayaking, cultural visits, and restaurant visits.

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.
